Can I get pregnant if my boyfriend ejaculates near my vagina?

Last updated on October 31, 2020

Question:

I am a virgin, but my boyfriend usually releases near my vagina. My question is: Can I get pregnant? Please help me because I felt the semen go in this time.

Answer:

I take it that you are being sexual with your boyfriend. Since he has not put his penis into your vagina, you consider yourself a virgin. Do I assume you both were naked or had your genitals uncovered? I assume that for a while he has been rubbing his penis on your vulva and ejaculating on you, but this time the tip of his penis was in your vagina when he ejaculated semen.

Question:

Yes, we were naked.

Answer:

The answer is yes, you could get pregnant. The sperm in your boyfriend’s semen are able to swim. It doesn’t matter if his penis was in your vagina or not. All it takes is for some of his semen, or even his pre-ejaculate fluid to drip into your vagina for his sperm access to your body. It would take the sperm less than 30 minutes to swim up your vagina and into your uterus. If his penis was pointing toward your vagina or just a bit in when he ejaculated, there is enough force in ejaculation to send the semen all the way to the back of your vagina and near your uterus.

The risk for pregnancy was always there, but the odds are higher this time because it appears some of his semen went into your vagina, one way or another.

While you’ve not had his penis fully in you, it doesn’t mean you are a virgin. You have been having sex with your boyfriend for a while. It doesn’t matter if it was oral sex, or “outercourse” instead of intercourse, it is still sex. Since the two of you are not married, you are guilty of fornication. “Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God” (I Corinthians 6:9-10). Of course, this isn’t the only sin you are guilty of. You also have been involved in lust (Matthew 5:28), sexual touching (I Corinthians 7:1), and lewdness (Romans 13:13-14).

While the possibility of pregnancy is a concern, the greater concern is the state of your soul.

Response:

Thank you for your concerns. I like the part where you add scriptures.
