I have these weird bumps on my gouache and its spread to my vaginal opening, it doesn’t itch, it’s not hot or cold, it’s raised from the surface and it’s kind of rough and smooth like I can squeeze them and it will be sore
I Google this and saw it could be warts. Can this be?

It is very likely genital warts. You should see a doctor as untreated warts have been strongly associated with cancer in later years.
