Can you go through menstruation at tanner stage 1 and does it mean your pelvis has developed as an adult woman?
Answer:
If you are having menstruations, then you are at least to stage 2 on the development scale. Having menstruations does not mean you are fully developed yet. It only means that the hormone cycle for the uterus has begun.
