Question

I am 21 years old. I started having my periods when I was 15 or 16 years old. I know that is later than normal. I am about 5’3″, so how can I grow taller?

Answer:

There is nothing you can do. I would assume that you had your first period during stage 4 of development. While 15 or 16 is later than average for stage 4, it isn’t out of the normal range. However, you are five years past that point. You would be in stage 5 at this point, which means your growth is finished.
