I have a question. My boyfriend pre-cum before he put his penis in but he wiped off the pre-cum before putting it in. Then when he really cummed he pulled it out. Can I still get pregnant even though he wiped off the pre-cum?

You are so focused on avoiding one of the consequences of sex that you are overlooking a major point: What you two are doing is sinful. “Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge” (Hebrews 13:4). If you want to have sex, get married first. As it is, the two of you are just using each other for personal pleasure. You have no commitment. As a matter of fact, you are taking on greater risk. If you get pregnant, he merely has to walk away since there is nothing that really ties him to you.
Every act of sex carries a risk of pregnancy. What you two are practicing is called the withdrawal method. To understand the odds, if 100 couples had sex regularly for a year, 85 would find themselves expecting a child by the end of the year. If those 100 couples all practiced the withdrawal method, only 20 would find themselves expecting a child. Thus, the odds are reduced, but they are nowhere close to zero.
One reason is that a boy’s pre-ejaculate (pre-cum) can contain sperm. Not a whole lot, but it only takes one being in the right place to cause pregnancy. Even though he wiped off the pre-cum he had already produced, he continues to produce more throughout his arousal. As he gets closer to ejaculating, the amount of pre-cum also increases. Pregnancy isn’t the only concern. A guy who is willing to have sex with a girl he isn’t married to doesn’t have much restraint from having sex with other girls. The possibility of passing a sexually transmitted disease is very high. Even if he were to use a condom, it would only reduce the odds of passing a disease — not eliminate it.
There are numerous good reasons why God said that sex belongs only in marriage. “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God” (I Corinthians 6:9-10). Stop selling your salvation for mere moments of pleasure.
